The most common references for Forest Service grants and cooperative agreements with match requirements are: • 10.664 Cooperative Forestry Assistance (50/50) used for Consolidated Payment Grant – generally includes Forest Health, State Fire Assistance, Forest Stewardship, and Urban and Community Forestry. • 10.664 is also used for the Volunteer Fire Assistance Program (50/50) • 10.678 Forest Stewardship Program (50/50) • 10.675 Urban and Community Forestry (50/50)

Before you submit your grant application package • Be aware of the requirements and obligations that come with an award. • Be sure that your organizations 9-digit DUNS number and SAM.gov registration are current and active. • Contact the Grant Monitor to verify the amount of funding you will be receiving for your project and the correct matching requirements.

  12. Make sure it is complete, accurate, signed and dated. If it is not, it will be returned to you. The awarding of the grant or cooperative agreement will be delayed/or not funded if the grant application package is incomplete. Before you submit your grant application package - Continued
