  1. Seamless Rolled Rings Forging And Their Various Uses Seamless forged rolled rings have various uses in the manufacturing of sophisticated tools and various equipment. These forged rings are manufactured through a process called ring rolling. In this forging process,a special type of machine is used called a rolling mill. The rolling mill can manufacture forged rolled rings of various diameters and weights. The seamless rolled rings need to be perfect in all dimensions to be applied in the manufacturing of intricate tools and equipment. Various uses of seamless forged rolled rings Forged rings are used in the manufacturing of bearings, clutches, couplings, drives, flanges, gears, glass-lined reactors,machines,robotics, and valves. Apart from these products, seamless rolled rings are used in the manufacturing of different mining parts, heavy engineering machinery, electrical equipment manufacturing, jet engines, windmills, railway machinery, and rock cursing equipment. Why are seamless rolled rings used? Rolled ring forging is a metalworking process where solid metal is turned into rolled rings. It is done by punching a prefixed hole in the middle of the solid metal. As per the industrial requirements, different kinds of rolled rings with different diameters can be shaped.
