  3. Dear Hideout Members: On Monday October 14, 2013 access to Stock Farm Gate will be restricted until further notice. This restriction is due to the need to close part of Splitrail Lane for the ongoing RS&W Project. The only traffic that will be able to utilize the Stock Farm Gate will be anyone going to or coming from Splitrail Lane just past the Stock Farm Gate Access Road to the end of the Splitrail Lane cul-de-sac. The properties that will be affected are Lots 3810 to 3843 which accounts for approximately 26 homes.  All other traffic in both the North and South sections of the Hideout will not be able to utilize the Stock Farm Gate during this time. There will be signage placed at several locations throughout the community advising drivers of this restriction. As a result of this traffic restriction the Public Safety Department will be manning the Stock Farm Gate during the hours of the closure to help inform Members and Guests of the restriction. The heavy truck traffic associated with this project will continue to access through the Hidden Lake Fire Gate. Once work is done for the day, usually between three and four o’clock in the afternoon the restriction will be lifted and the road will be reopened to regular traffic flow.

  4. Dear Hideout Members, Renovation of Golf Hole #9 has begun.   There are currently marker flags and markings on the Golf Course, so we ask that you do not disturb these during your normal play. The flags are located in minimal areas throughout the ninth hole but do not cause a significant interference to play. Golf play has shifted in the course and ends at the 8th green. The golf pro shop will provide you with any necessary information on your day of play. We thank you for your cooperation during this exciting time in the Hideout's effort to improve your golf experience.
