Interactive Assignment Submission and Monitoring System

This mini-project aims to create a system for sending assignments and practicals to students. It includes options for recording assignment requirements, forwarding recordings via an AGI, and monitoring student replies by phone. The system allows lecturers to mark responses at their convenience and play back calls to students. Users can also provide comments, corrections, and additional ideas within the platform.

  2. OBJECTIVES • CREATE A SYSTEM THAT IS USED TO SEND ASSIGNMENTS AND PRACS TO STUDENTS • Their is an option for recording the requirements of the assignments • The recording is forwarded using an AGI. • THE STUDENTS THEN REPLY BY PHONE AND THEIR CONVERSATIONS ARE MONITORED

  3. Reasons for monitoring • So that the call/response from a student will give the lecturer an option to mark on his own time. • The call can be played-back to the student.
