  2. Tervisekeskus Esmatasandi tervishoid esmavajalike ambulatoorsete tervishoiuteenuste kogum, mis on • esimeseks kontaktiks terviseprobleemide korral ja • lahendab enamus sagedasemaid terviseprobleeme

  3. Tervisekeskus Esmatasandi tervishoiu põhiteenused on • perearsti ja –õe teenus, • koduõendusteenus, • füsioteraapia teenus, • ämmaemandusabi teenus, • koolitervishoiu teenus. Esmatasandi tervishoiu arengukava 2009-2015 • lisanduvad teised terviseteenused (nõustamisteenused, mis on suunatud riskikäitumise ennetamisele või sellest loobumisele ning haiguste ennetamisele)

  4. Tervisekeskus • Tõmbekeskustes • Vähemalt 3 perearsti • Teenuse osutamine pikemas perspektiivis • Koostöö omavalitsuse ja haiglaga • Võimalikud filiaalid • Rahastamine ERF-i meetmest 2014-2020
