Original Thought Current Proposal Potential Utility • Outline • Invention in iGEM should be biobrick with broadly usage • How to realize feedback (positive and negative) • Use what signal: temperature, pH, [O2], concentration… • Apply cold- and hot- sensitive promoter in E. coli • Apply [O2] sensitive promoter in Cyanobacteria • Download regulation or denotation—pharmacy use • If the feedback is realized, this proposal could be used • in various circuit • Anything relates to temperature mobility 2

Potential Usage for Temperature-Sensitive-Promoter • Based Element • Pharmacy • --To sense temperature changing of affected person • --To control time and dosage of drug • Environment • --To sense temperature related environment changing • --To promoter corresponding reaction • Cell Factory • --To sense temperature changing in microcosmic • --Enable the microbe to regulate their efficiency automatically 3
