ACTIVATE YOUR NXPAY ACCOUNT

Click the top link in your activation email. SEE NOTE 1 BELOW!

You will use this pre-generated password for your initial login. Once logged in you can change your password. SEE NOTE 2 BELOW!

Note 1: If you do not see your activation email in your inbox, check your spam /junk mail folders.

Note 2: You must complete your account activation in one session. Failure to do so will require you to request a new activation email?

Note 1: If your merchant has elected to participate in a Card Program and you were issued a card, you will be able to view your card balance and transaction history through your NXPAY account.

Note 2: Your card will be activated once funds have been loaded to your card. Activating your NXPAY account DOES NOT activate your card.

1) On the left hand menu side click “Bank Accounts”

2) Select “Click here to add a Bank Account”

1) When adding a Domestic Bank account select the “United States” and then click continue.

  • Add all required fields for your Domestic bank account.
    • Personal/Business Account
    • Account Number
    • Routing Number
    • Bank Name
    • Checking/Savings
    • Description (free text) put whatever you like to help remind you what bank account you are setting up.
    • Address – Make sure the address matches the account in which you created your banking information. Note: routing numbers are unique to every “state”. Be sure this address is correct.
    • Click Submit

Once you have successfully added your domestic bank account you be directed back to the bank accounts page where you can view your banking information.

  • Log in to the Client Gateway
  • Click on Bank accounts in the left hand menu
  • Click on, click “here” to add a bank account

  • Please be sure to fill out all required information for your international bank account
  • Once you have entered in all required information click “submit”

IMPORTANT NOTICE

If your bank account is in one of the following countries, you will not be able to add the account. If you add the account and load funds, your account will be disabled at your own expense. Funds will be transferred to Zeek in which they are responsible for refunding any transactions made using the following bank accounts in the following countries.

VERIFYING YOUR DOMESTIC BANK ACCOUNT

Log in to the Client gateway

Click on bank accounts on the left hand menu screen

You will see on the far right verified.

Click “start verify”

You only have to complete the verification process if you will be loading funds from your bank account into your NxPay account.

Bank Account Verification Process – Please read the follow description Closely.

Two Small micro debits will be debited from your Bank account and credited to your NxPay account equaling one dollar. Click continue if you want to proceed with the verification process.

Accounts – this is your Rex Venture account number. This is your account number that was created in NxPay for you.

By clicking “SUBMIT” you are agreeing for the two small micro debits to come out of your bank account and credit into this account starting with a long string of zeros which is also known as your NxPay account.

VERIFYING YOUR DOMESTIC BANK ACCOUNT

To verify Verification process has started please look under “verified”. The verbiage will now have changed from “start verify” to “in process”.

Now you will wait 24-72 hours and check your bank statements. Once you have located the two small micro debits that came out of your bank account you will only then submit the amounts by clicking on “in process”.

Click on “in process”

Next you will see two small boxes allowing you to submit the two small micro debits that were debited from your bank account and credited into your NxPay account.

You can only attempt the verification process 3 times – if you fail to verify the micro debits correctly your banking information will be locked out.

NOTE: PLEASE ONLY ENTER YOUR MICRO DEBIT AMOUNTS FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IN THE FIELDS SHOWN ABOVE! DO NOT GUESS! GUESSING THE AMOUNT WILL ONLY LOCK YOUR ACCOUNT!

Once you have submitted the two small micro debits correctly you will notice the verbiage under verified on the far right has now changed from “in process” to “complete”. You can now start loading funds from your Domestic bank account to your NxPay account

LOADING FUNDS FROM YOUR DOMESTIC BANK ACCOUNT

1) Log in to your NXPay Account and select “Accounts”.

Click on accounts on the left hand menu screen

Click on your long account number that starts with a string of zeros. This is your NxPay account number for Zeek Rewards

The Accounts Page is the most important page when managing your NxPay account. Locate the second yellow bar. The bar will read “Account Actions”. Here is where you will manage loading funds to your NxPay account and withdrawing funds to your Bank Account. Start by clicking Load From Bank Account.

1) Simply enter the amount you want to transfer from your bank account into your e-Wallet.

2) The currency will be USD. Your eWallet is set up in a USD currency.

3) Using the drop down arrow select the “Registered Sources” which is the domestic bank account on file

4) Once you have selected your registered source (banking information) a button will appear. Click “submit source”.

5) Disregard country when using a domestic bank account to load funds to your NxPay account

1) Here you will see your confirmation page. Confirm you agree to the fees associated with transferring funds. Once you have verified all the information is correct click “perform movement”. Please wait for your confirmation indicating the funds have processed.

NOTE: It takes 4 Business days for funds to POST and CLEAR in the NxPay Account.

You will be directed back to the accounts page.

To verify the funds have processed successfully please click on click “here” to view the transaction history for this account under the second yellow bar that reads Account Actions

LOADING FROM YOUR INTERNATIONAL BANK ACCOUNT

Disregard the amount, currency and Registered source. (this is for a domestic bank account only)

Using the drop down arrow select the bank account country in which your will be load funds from.

The following information will appear for your personal use. “Please make arrangements to transfer funds from your personal bank account to the account shown below. You may do this using your banks online Internet banking facilities, by a telephone banking service or in person at the branch.

When you select the country the following information will appear. This information must be taken to your bank. You must make arrangements with your bank to send funds from your bank account to the following information provided.

REFERENCE NUMBER:

PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO ADD YOUR REFERENCE NUMBER WHEN WIRING FUNDS TO YOUR NXPAY ACCOUNT. THE REFERENCE NUMBER IS THE UNIQUE IDENTIRYER THAT WILL ALLOW FOR FUNDS TO AUTOMATICALLY LOAD TO YOUR NXPAY ACCOUNT.

LOADING FROM AN INTERNATIONAL BANK ACCOUNT

When loading funds from an International Bank account you must “push” the funds through to your e-Wallet.

Click on Accounts

Click on your NxPay account

Under the second yellow bar “Account Actions” Click on load from bank account

Disregard the amount, currency and Registered source. (this is for a domestic bank account only)

Using the drop down arrow select the bank account country in which your will be load funds from.

The following information will appear for your personal use. “Please make arrangements to transfer funds from your personal bank account to the account shown below. You may do this using your banks online Internet banking facilities, by a telephone banking service or in person at the branch.

In the event you select the country in which your bank is located and ONLY a reference number appears - you will NOT be able to load funds from your bank account to your NxPay account. Keep in mind although you cannot load funds from your Bank account, you can still receive your Commissions from NxPay into your bank account.

Purchase Using e-Wallet

When you log in to your back office you can now purchase using items using your e-Wallet. The option is available for making purchases and BIDS using your NXPay e-Wallet. You re responsible for ensuring funds are available prior to making any purchases or else the transaction will fail.

Note: it takes 4 business days to load your e-Wallet using your bank account.

Once the funds are available you can start making purchase immediately. Keep in mind to purchase you must load funds in the account that was originally created for you in NxPay. If you have added a subaccount or additional accounts for managing your money please keep your original account “normal” rather than designating the funds to automatically “sweep to” bank account.

COMMISSION PAYOUTS ON NXPAY

Zeek Rewards will allow for you to select your form of payment for commissions once a week. Payouts will fall on a Monday. If you select NxPay as your form of payment option your payment will be scheduled to be paid. Please be sure to check the date for payout.

Once the funds have appeared in your eWallet you can then move the funds off the eWallet into your Bank Account.

1.) Log in to the client gateway

2.) Click on Accounts

3.) Click on your Rex Venture account in NxPay which has your Commission paid out

4.) Under the second yellow bar Account Actions (click withdraw to bank account)

COMMISSION PAYOUTS ON NXPAY

Select the bank account you have on file.

Note: If this is a Domestic or International bank account, you do not have to complete any verification process when receiving funds from the NxPay account into your Bank Account.

Click submit once you have selected the bank account you want the funds to credit into.

COMMISSION PAYOUTS ON NXPAY

Here you will be given a confirmation page. Type in the amount you wish to transfer off the NxPay account into your Bank Account. Keep in mind you are responsible for subtracting fees or else the system will provide you with an error.

Domestic Bank Account factor in 1.50 Fee

International Bank Account factor in 10.50 Fee

Click submit Once you have figured out the amount.

Next you will be given confirmation the funds are moving off your NxPay account into your Bank account. Keep in mind – it takes 24 hours to move funds off the NxPay account into your Bank account. Anything over 10K will take up 72 hours as we need to provide additional due diligence to the Bank.

ACH does not process on Weekends or Holidays
