CMPE 451 Schematizing Map Group 5

We have decided to transition our project from a desktop application to a web-based application. For this purpose, we researched various libraries that can facilitate our needs and shortlisted several options including Graph Dracula, js-Graph-it, Protovis, and more. Ultimately, we selected CytoscapeWeb for its suitability for our project requirements. Our team has been reorganized into two sub-groups focusing on client-side and server-side implementation. We're excited to create a dynamic web application with effective data visualization.

  2. We have made a decission to switch our project from desktop application to a web based application…

  3. For that purpose we did a research on libraries that we can use.
