CMPE 451 Schematizing Map Group 5

We have decided to switch our project from a desktop application to a web-based application. To facilitate this transition, we researched various libraries suitable for our needs, narrowing it down to several options such as D3, CytoscapeWeb, and others. After careful consideration, we chose CytoscapeWeb due to its alignment with our project requirements. Our team is now divided into two sub-groups: one focusing on client-side implementation and the other on server-side implementation, including the creation of our login applet and database components.

  2. We have made a decission to switch our project from desktop application to a web based application…

  3. For that purpose we did a research on libraries that we can use.
