This initiative aims to improve advanced training opportunities for thoracic surgery residents by collecting, cataloging, and promoting specialized programs. The project also involves collaboration with the TSRA and STMP committees to address fragmented information and enhance resident demand fulfillment. Future endeavors include potential exchange programs and continued cooperation with EACTS.
