VISION • To empower/encourage students to become educated and responsible participants and leaders in a democratic society by taking part in a mainstream activities of the school and completing a rigorous college preparation program.
MISSION • Sam Houston Math, Science and Technology Center is committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment in which all learners can develop their teamwork skills, practice integrity, know the poser of generosity, be fully engaged in their creative potential in preparation to learn and be rigorous in order to ensure their lifelong learning.

Sam Houston MSTC • Sam Houston MSTC is a four year comprehensive high school from grades 9th through 12th that offers educational services in all core areas. • Sam Houston MSTC offers Advanced Placement and Dual Credit courses to challenge our students. • Sam Houston MSTC has a Newcomers’ Program focused on English language acquisition.
