  4. The Pharmacoeconomic Center and Pharmacy Operations Center developed the WTU report in order to support the “Warriors in Transition High-Risk medication Review and the Sole Provider Program.” The objective is to identify individuals who may require a more intensive medical review, to identify potential at-risk patients or to monitor adherence to a sole provider program. The WTU reports uses the provided roster of service members and pulls all anti-depressants, anti-psychotics, sedative hypnotics, and controlled substances. The results are three specific reports listing all corresponding medications and those service members on those medications. WTU P-MART
