  9. Location • Usually bound to the endoplasmic reticulum and the nuclear envelope • Also scattered throughout the cells cytoplasm

  10. Functions • Used to produce proteins for the cell • Most abundant in brain and pancreas cells

  11. Workers • They make the proteins for the cell
