Sponsorship Exposure Whether your sponsorship is cash, in-kind or simply a partnership, the City of Palm Beach Gardens Recreation Division provides unique opportunities tailored to your business needs. Our programs are as diverse as the community we serve. In return for your contribution, your business will become an integral part of bringing arts, entertainment, athletics, programs and events to our community. At the same time, we will provide you with the opportunity to reach your marketing, advertising and public relations goals.

  3. Sponsorship Exposure • The population of Palm Beach Gardens is approximately 50,000 people with a median income of $69,630. The City’s Recreation Division serves its residents and the surrounding community. • Exposures available are determined by the level of sponsorship: • Official Palm Beach Gardens website recognition with approximately 42,000 hits per month. Sponsor name or logo appears on the website for a minimum of six (6) weeks. • Improve company image by supporting events/programs. • Increase company visibility within the community. • Improve relationships with your customers. • Showcase services and products to the public. • Gain visibility through the city’s positive image and publicity opportunities. • E-mail blasts delivered to as many as 10,000 addresses at one time. • Listing in approximately 10,000 recreation brochures. • Listing in e-Signature City magazine on the City’s website.

  4. Adult Programs The City of Palm Beach Gardens offers a variety of Adult programs which include sports, wellness, art, dance, educational programs, adult trips and lecture series. We also offer programs for 55 and older active adults such as Seido Karate, Senior Club programs and AARP programs. Aquatics Aquatic Complex Sponsorship Opportunities Sponsorship opportunities include pool supplies, pool and deck equipment including patio furniture, special events, aquatic programs and swim team. The City of Palm Beach Gardens Aquatic Complex is an award winning state of the art facility. The Complex features two water slides, 2 diving boards, an 8-lane 25 meter competition pool and a spray playground. The different features enable the City to provide a wide variety of programming and special events.

  6. Athletics Tournaments Scoreboard Sponsorships NEW! In an effort to showcase our PGA Facility, the City of Palm Beach Gardens is hosting approximately five (5) tournaments for our Adult Flag Football and Softball Leagues. PGA National Park was recently renovated with new sports lighting, new Celebration Bermuda sports turf, football goal posts, permanent bleacher seating and new scoreboards. This multi-purpose field is home to year round activity and is used by 25,000 participants. The City of Palm Beach Gardens is offering the opportunity to receive exposure via our brand new scoreboards. Each scoreboard has three (3) sponsorship opportunities available.   7. Athletics-Adults The City of Palm Beach Gardens offers a number of adult and youth sports, athletic programs, tournaments, and special events. Sponsorship opportunities are available per program, event or park facility. Adult Athletic Programs · Coed Flag Football · Men’s Flag Football · Coed Dodgeball · Coed Kickball · Men’s Basketball · Coed Volleyball · Men’s Softball · Coed Softball · Women’s Soccer Sponsorship Opportunities Sponsorship opportunities include team shirts, officials, equipment, awards and trophies. All Adult Programs are held in City of Palm Beach Gardens park facilities or indoor gymnasiums at the Burns Road Recreation Center and provide recreational opportunities for those who participate.

  8. Athletics-Youth Youth Athletic Programs ·Youth Flag Football · Micro Soccer · Sports Camps · Special Events Athletic Operations Gardens Park Athletic Complex serves ages 5-18 all year long. Play includes recreation practice, travel league, tournament play, permitted events, camps, workouts, and general open play. It also serves as the home field for the Palm Beach Gardens Youth Athletic Association Babe Ruth Baseball Program. An excess of 150,000 utilize Gardens Park annually.   9. Camp Classic Camp Classic Camp is geared for children ages 5-12 years old who want to experience a variety of activities. Sunshine Camp Sunshine Camp is for preschoolers ages 2 and 3. Teachers at Riverside Youth Enrichment Center use a combination of structured and free time to promote curiosity and learning through fun-filled activities. Specialty Camps • The following is a list of specialty camps for children with specific interests.   10. GardensArt Sponsorship Opportunities Sponsorship opportunities include entertainment, printing and graphic design, refreshments, advertising and equipment rentals. Founded in 1989, GardensArt exhibits the work of professional artists and photographers. Rotating exhibits featured in the lobby of City Hall provide the community a broad spectrum of high quality artwork through varied techniques and mediums. This program continues to enhance the City of Palm Beach Gardens by providing unique, well-rounded, thought-provoking and educational exhibitions.   11. GreenMarket The 8th season of the Gardens GreenMarketis the perfect venue for business sponsorship opportunities. The GreenMarket is held every Sunday from the end of October until the end of April and consistently has 2000 to 3000 people in attendance. Musical entertainment, produce, plants, flowers, handmade crafts and prepared food is what can be found at the GreenMarket. This popular event is located behind City Hall in Gardens Park.   12. Riverside Youth Enrichment Center RYEC RYEC is a licensed child care facility, which was established to enhance physical and intellectual development in preschool age children. Teachers may use the donated funds to purchase supplemental resources such as learning games, books, creative toys, snacks and other materials that help them create engaging and effective classroom learning. Sponsorship Opportunities Sponsorship opportunities include materials, supplies, preschool books, toys, games, snacks, graduation, special events, and classroom sponsorships.

  13. Special Events February Celebrate with your special dad, grandpa or uncle at this dinner and dancing event! March Come and enjoy an evening of dancing to live entertainment. Dancing instruction available. A featured artist exhibition will be on display in the lobby of City Hall. Daddy/Daughter Date Night An Evening of Art, Music & Dancing Under the Stars Attendance: 250 Attendance: 800 April Join “The Bunny” for fun and prizes at our traditional Egg Hunt. May Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue and Police Department Honor Guards honor the nation’s fallen service members with a wreath laying ceremony.   14. Special Events October Come join the 5th Annual “Gardens Kids Tri” Youth Triathlon. This event is a great opportunity for youth to experience a multi-sport endurance event in a safe and positive environment. All participants are winners! October Our annual Fall Festival is a fun-filled community event featuring family entertainment, food, Trick or Treat Street, fall crafts and games. . Gardens Kids Tri Fall Festival Attendance: 1000 Attendance: 750 October Families have a great time diving in for the pumpkin of their choice. Art supplies and pumpkin decorations are provided.   15. Special EventsDecember Bring your family and enjoy our traditional Tree Lighting event featuring entertainment, food, holiday crafts, and games. Tree Lighting Join Santa and Mrs. Claus as Santa’s elves serve breakfast! Holiday crafts and a gift for each child are provided. Breakfast with Santa Attendance: 300 Attendance: 1000 Our annual Arts and Crafts Festival is a holiday tradition in the Gardens!   17. Tennis The City of Palm Beach Gardens Tennis Center is a premier community public tennis facility with 13 hydro-grid clay courts. Year-round programming is offered for all ages and abilities. The programs are taught by certified teaching professionals. The Center hosts many USTA Leagues and tournaments, as well as the Palm Beach County Women’s Tennis Association league. Palm Beach Gardens fields seven teams ranging from A-1 to B-3. . Sponsorship Opportunities Available sponsorship opportunities are tournaments, camps, ball supplies, ball machines and team lunches.

  18. City Employee Activities The City of Palm Beach Gardens recognizes and appreciates the various achievements of their employees with breakfast or lunch approximately five (5) times per year. Awards are distributed for outstanding achievements. The City of Palm Beach Gardens proudly supports the opportunity for employee children to attend work for one day, in an effort to promote education in City government.   19. Types of Sponsorships and Contributions Annual Program Annually, the City seeks financial support for activities, events and programs offered to the public. This program is formally announced in January of each year on the City’s website. In-Kind Sponsorships The City may accept a donation that is not property or cash. These donations are considered in-kind and usually involve an agreement that benefits both the City and the entity. An example would be a local newspaper providing an advertisement in exchange for a promotional banner at the event. Property Contributions Property contributions include artwork, real estate, equipment, or any other tangible item that is offered as a contribution to the City. Monetary Donations Monetary contributions must be donated by check. Cash is not accepted.
