  11. GAM3 update 2010 GAM3 PRIORITIES 2010 Five different subgroups at the moment - Communication - new 2010 - Professional Services - new metrics developed - Product Enhancement - 40% success rate - New countries - South Africa & Turkey - Support - new CASE tool & CCSS

GAM3 update 2010 LAWSON PROFESSIONAL SERVICES • Renewed at CUE 09 • Executive changed • Renewed in fall 2009 • Executive commitment • Initial set of metrics developed • Too early to get excited about results • - but very positive • - project metrics / feedback • - still a way to go • Changes regarding recently announced “cut-backs”

  13. GAM3 update 2010 PRODUCT ENHANCEMENT PROCESS • Started in 2008 • 303 requests raised • 114 requests included in 10.1 or earlier versions • = 40% success rate • Excellent example of cooperation between Lawson and GAM3 adding value to our members

GAM3 update 2010 NEW COUNTRY DEVELOPMENT • Approval given at CUE 09 • Teleconference held – 30 customers • South Africa – top priority • GA’ed as part of 10.1 launch • Turkey voted as next highest priority • Long list of assumed modifications • All covered as standard in 10.1 • Estimate of $260,000 for Turkish language (+$40k contingency) • How to engage all interested companies? • What about existing companies not taking part?
