HIP’s KM role • Facilitate HI people to: • Make information flow (right info, right time, right audience, right format) • Develop and use knowledge sharing mechanisms (Face to face and (a-)synchronous digital) • Cultivate a culture of information / knowledge sharing • KM domains: • Personal • HIP team and the community • Country networks

KM process / roadmap • Engage HIP staff / Country network in • Info-outputs portfolio / publishing • Knowledge sharing mechanisms • On-line (e-mail addresses needed!) • E-conference / Q&A / helpdesk • 1 pager relay diary (Hip-INSIDE) • Off line / F2F • Cultivate a sharing culture • Capacity building / training • Foster an enabling environment
