  2. Agenda 19th October 2009 18:00-19:00: Registration (Tea/Coffee/drinks will be available) 19:00 – 20:30: Welcome Session Discussion on current status of the Project Preparation for 20th and 21st October 8:30 – 10:00: Dinner

Agenda • 20th October 2009 • 11:00 -13:00: Mobility Status • Apologies • Co-ordinator’s briefing • Short briefing from each partner (tea/coffee will be available in the room) • 12:30 – 14:00: Lunch Break • 14:00 – 17:00: Constraints and how to overcome these (tea and coffee will be available in the room) • 16:00 – 18:00: Strategic decision on VLC, next SKIMA, Collaborative Hybrid Learning etc. • 19:00: Dinner with other project co-ordinators

Agenda 21st October 2009 (Dr. Dahal will be leading this part) 9:00 – 11:00: Introducing eLINK in the inaugural session of the SKIMA 2009 11:00 -13:00: Sustainability (tea and coffee will be available in the meeting room) 13:00 – 14:00: Lunch Break 14:00 – 16:00: Joint SKIMA/CPI meeting to extend collaboration with Africa 19:30 - Dinner (local food).

Information Official Start Date: December 2008 Contract Signed: February 2009 Funding Obtained: 70% by March 2009 KickOff Meeting (Dhaka): 5-7 April 2009 (Dhaka) Deadline for all mobility: 1st September 2009 (applied for ext.) Management meetings: Physical (2) and virtual (3) Money distributed to all EU partner countries (status) Spent about 46K (Dhaka meeting, Advertisement, web development, Brussels meetings + central administration)

  6. Information Meeting with EU officials (June 24th) for Extension (Thanks to Prof. Aziz to provide support for that) Meeting with 8 Asian Co-ordinators held on 28th September (discussed future project plan) Meeting with all ERASMUS co-ordinators to be held 22-23rd in Brussels 3rd request has been sent to Brussels for extension till end of January 2010 There will be few funding calls coming at November and December Should we do something for FP7 call?

Expectations Research Paper – at least one from each research candidate Research Funding Applications – at least one from each Post-doc candidate SKIMA continuation – Publish paper through SKIMA Future Project Funding Application – Particularly for Collaborative Hybrid Learning or Research Center Others - Awareness, best practices, VLC, Knowledge exchange ..
