  30. Service Provider Flow • VAP installs OpsMgr 2007 at their premises. The VAP management pack provides customer centric views, tasks and reports. • SCE is installed at customer premises and configured to communicate with the VAP site. • The VAP site synchronizes automatically with Microsoft Update (MU) and OpsMgr 2007 management packs. • Using the OpsMgr channel, monitoring data is sent to the VAP site. The VAP may open a remote console to the customer using Indigo remoting. • SCE automatically downloads update binaries that are approved by the VAP using the remote SCE console; SCE installs them on computers at the customer site.
