TS3 • Wk 38: Monday 17th to Friday 21stSeptember • Ramp down magnets (SL): between Mon 6:00 – 8:30 (latest) • RP search (Arturo and Philippe?): Mon 8:30 – 9:15 • Access starts Mon at 9:15 • No access UX25 during the following periods: • Thursday 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM: monthly maintenance cavern lift (AS703) • Please note that the CR lift will be maintained on Thursday between 9:30 AM and 12:30 AM – access to CRs via stairs • Access stops Friday at 16:00 TS preparatory meeting - A.Tauro

DCS Main activities / perturbations: • Monday 17.09 PM • Database maintenance (transparent) • Tuesday 18.09 • 09h00: network intervention by IT on router serving devices in cavern, side C • 30 min ‘blackout’ in worst case, users have been warned with details of intervention by mail • Standard maintenance of DCS cluster, might need reboot of cluster • Maintenance central systems (backups etc.) - several short interruptions, might have impact on central running • Shut down machines in old cluster that are not required for operation • Change/repair a few PCs; some tuning of PVSS projects - will be coordinated directly with the experts concerned. • Detectors will receive instructions for cleanup and backup of their projects • Propose, as usual, full functional test with all detectors on Friday (supersafe-safe-ready-safe-supersafe cycle).
