Status & Overview • Our project plan is to go live 11/1 pending final approval • ICT System Impact Study Process is defined in the Transmission Service Protocol Appendix to Attachment S of the Entergy OATT
System Impact Study Cutover • After the Tariff Administration function transitions to ICT, ICT Planning will begin to process GI and TSR studies • Any studies started by Entergy will be completed by Entergy • Any studies in queue yet to be started will be handled by ICT
System Impact Study Process • ICT is primary point of contact for customer • System Impact Study Agreements and Facility Study Agreements administered by ICT • ICT performs SIS with Entergy Transmission assisting as needed in Transmission Service evaluation
System Impact Study Process • Full service availability, partial service availability, or no service availability determined by ICT • ICT provides mitigation plan and cost estimates when limited or no service is available across existing facilities
System Impact Study Process • ICT posts final report to OASIS and notifies Customer and Entergy • ICT sends Facility Study Agreement to Customer if required
System Impact Study Process • ICT sends Facility Study Agreement to Customer if required • ICT determines utilization of supplemental upgrade capacity and financial compensation • ICT forwards models from System Impact Study and other relevant data to Entergy
Facility Study Process • ICT reviews and validates inputs and results of Facility Study • ICT incorporates Entergy input, including disagreements, into report • ICT posts final report to OASIS and notifies Customer and Entergy
FS Study Process • ICT reviews and validates inputs and results of Facility Study prior to OASIS posting • ICT bills Customer for ICT and Entergy time and expense • ICT responds to work paper requests • Entergy is responsible for administering the Transmission Service Agreement process
