USED with a full face mask without a mouthpice or with a diving half-mask with a mouthpiece; 8. USED with a chemical absorber of СО2type CLAC(CLA)

  9. Lung ventilator Know How of the CJSCo “Electromedical Equipment Plant” (in cooperation with the leading medical universities of St.Petersburg) Engineering of the St.Petersburg Prototyping Centre

  10. establishment of 100 engineering centres with modern modelling, engineering and prototyping in universities; creation of 100 modern training centres of basic professional studies for the military-industrial complex; organization of integrated structure “University-Research Institute-Enterprise” for product lifecycle maintenance in terms of common information area, computer integrated manufacturing and electronic support. The Common Project of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, Sector Ministries and Departments, Human Resource Development of the State program of education development coordination board, the Federal Target Program “The development of the Military-Industrial Complex”, the Federal Target Program “Scientific and Academic Staff” with the use of public-private partnership

  11. The Prototyping Centre Engineering products with tailor-make properties for the Transport Industry Creation of a behavioral model of different tracks constructions: the “direct” and “curved track of a different radius” portion of line, the pointwork with an engineering complex of different effective noise and vibration damping. The construction of complexes designing virtual prototypes which are needed for products with tailor-made properties.

  12. Serial production of the products with tailor-make properties for the Railway Department From - 50°to + 60°

  13. Serial production of the products with tailor-make properties for the Railway Department

  14. National Centre for Dynamic tests: Testing Site At present, requested dynamic tests are ordered in foreign countries, and the presence of a Russian centre will allow to make import substitution of these services and provide unique possibilities for foreign companies (test for extreme temperatures from +60° to - 60°). The centre for dynamic tests will allow to test the working capacity of transport constructions, knots and materials in conditions of acting operational loadings and environmental conditions inherent to various regions of Russia and other countries. 14

  15. The Turku Process The Turku Process is a joint initiative of the City of Turku / Regional Council of Southwest Finland, the City of Saint Petersburg and the City of Hamburg, supported by the European Commission’s Directorate General for Regional Policy (DG REGIO). The Turku Process partners are currently preparing concrete projects in the fields of environment, innovative enterprise and the labour market. In the future, new fields of cooperation and partners can be included. The Turku Process welcomes new ideas, proposals and partners that can contribute to the success of the initiative and promote its goal – practical joint actions for sustainable wellbeing in the Baltic Sea region.

  16. The Finnish-Russian Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation The Modernisation Partnership Seminar, March 2013, Turku, Finland The leading experts from Finland and Russia have discussed two important subject areas in which Finland and Russia have the potential to develop new forms of bilateral cooperation as well as broader cooperation in the Baltic Sea region: • Opportunities for Finnish-Russian cooperation in the Maritime Industry• Russia and Finland’s Biotechnology 2020 Programme

  17. Science Link Science Link is a network between leading research facilities of photon and neutron sources and their users. The project aims to support and encourage innovation and entrepreneurship in the Baltic Sea Region.
