Who is BroadVoice • BroadVoice is a privately funded Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP) that distributes its service through its own retail brand, agent channels, affinity partnerships and wholesale opportunities. • We serve the consumer and business market • BroadVoice operates on a “bring your own broadband” model similar to companies like Vonage, AT&T Call Vantage, Lingo and Packet 8 • BroadVoice launched its retail service in April, 2004 and today we offer IP telephone service globally with subscribers in 45 countries and all 50 states. • We offer a choice of phone numbers in 35 states and 1,500 US cities and towns and 41 cities in the UK. • We are growing at a rate of 3,000 lines per month in our 7th full month of operation. • In August, BroadVoice launched a private label test offering with a major US RBOC. That RBOC has recently signed to roll out in all of its service States.
