  1. A Wrinkle in Time By:Madeleine L'Engle I've never been to another planet or universe, but when I read the book A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L'Engle I felt like I had. This book has a few main characters, Meg, Calvin, and Charles Wallace. They decided to set off to go find Meg and Charles's dad. He was sent away to help the government with something, but got lost in another universe. Nobody knew where he was! They received help along their journey to this unknown place, but still had to do and figure out things by themselves. That wasn't to hard because Charles Wallace was very smart, but he was trapped in a world where he knew nothing when they FINALLY reached their father! What I mean is he was in a way hypnotized, but was being used for evil. A strange thing called “IT” controlled this evil! Yep that's its name but its weird isn't it. Anyway “IT” wanted to take over the world with a dark, black shadow. “IT” was also hypnotizing people to worship him and other crazy stuff. Charles Wallace was one of the reasons I liked this book because he's the youngest sibling but the smartest. The hardest part to understand was the setting. The story took place in different places like Earth, Uriel, and other imaginary planets, but the author helped it not be so confusing in the end. I'm not going to give away the ending, but you DO need to pick up a copy so you can find out yourself! This book keeps you guessing and that's a good thing. So get it and sit down and read!
