How many grains should you have a day, should you eat more whole grains, well I have the answers. You should eat at least 3 ounces of whole grain bread, crackers, rice ,or pasta every day. Look for whole before the grain name on the list of ingredients.

You should eat a variety of fruits. • Go easy on fruit juice. • Choose fresh, frozen ,canned, or dried fruits. • Some choices for healthy fruits are blackberries, blueberries, and bananas

  5. OILS http://www.squidoo.com/truth-lies-Weight-Loss • Make most of your fat sources from fish , nuts, and veggie oils. • Limit solid fats like butter, stick margarine ,shortening , and lord. • Use veggie oil or olive oil when cooking.
