  2. 2009 Annual Request for Information • Respondents were asked to identify: • 5 key juvenile justice issues • Recommendations for President, Congress, and OJJDP • DMC coordinator, areas of difficulty, and promising programs related to DMC • Promising programs in other JJ program areas • Types of TTA OJJDP could offer

  3. 2010 Recommendations • 18 recommendations related to: • Crossover Youth • School-to-Prison Pipeline • Law Enforcement and the Legal System • Community-based Reentry Programs

  4. Informing the 2013 FACJJ Recommendations • Do you want to conduct a survey similar to the 2009 ARI to guide your recommendations? • How will the focus of the subcommittees impact the structure of the 2013 recommendations?
