Program Details • Rebates • We will administer the Program • We will negotiate with manufacturers at the national level, not with local reps • We will do the filing; and take advantage of even the small rebates • We will take care of collection and distribution • We have a simple program to collect your closing information and the products used using our website, to save your staff time and resources • Your purchasing managers will have more time – WE chase down the rebates and the money

YourInvestment • Enrollment Fee - Option One* • Full Payment (paid when Agency Agreement is executed) • $5,000 minimum • First 100 Units*             $100/Unit • Units 101 to 200*           $  75/Unit • Units 201 to 500*           $  50/Unit • Units 501 and up*          $  25/Unit •           *Units are based on lesser of 2006 closings or 2007 projections • Builder will pay 15% Administrative Fee on all rebates earned

YourInvestment • Enrollment Fee - Option Two* • Initial Payment Only (paid when Agency Agreement is executed) • $2,500 if less than 200 Units* annually, • $5,000 if 200 or more Units* annually *Units are based on lesser of 2006 closings or 2007 projections • Builder will pay 20% Administrative Fee on all rebates earned
