  5. For example, you might be angry for a couple of hours, but you probably aren’t angry all the time. However, few people are caring only for a few hours. A caring person ALWAYS tries to help others. • So when you are trying to find a character’s traits, you need to be looking for things that are more fixed/permanent than emotions or physical feelings like being tired or hungry. • Feelings, whether physical feelings or mental (emotional) feelings are not character traits! • In other words, Emotions and physical feelings are not character traits.
