June 2008 • June 15 – Update the Estimated Disposition Year • Updates are required for all assets that will be disposed of between FY08 and FY11. • Supports Phil Dalby in updating the 3 Year Rolling Timeline which provides disposition targets to OMB. • This will be a recurring deadline and will become a permanent part of the year-end schedule.   3. August/September 2008 • August 1 - Begin input of FY08 DM • Previous DM values will be removed at 6am. • September 30 - FY08 DM due in FIMS FIMS/Real Estate WorkshopJune 2-6, 2008

  4. October/November 2008 • October 1 - Begin input of FY08 AM and Operating Cost • Previous AM and Operating Cost values will be removed at 6am. • October 2 - FY08 DM HQ Snapshot will be taken • November 14 – FRPC data element population, including FY08 AM, is due in FIMS • November 17 – FY08 FRPC HQ Snapshot is taken • Serves as the FY08 AM/RM snapshot, thereby eliminating the old Nov 1 snapshot. • Serves as the source for the year-end excess elimination and disposition reporting. • FRPC Snapshot was moved up by 2 weeks to allow more time to analyze and correct data prior to the FRPP submission. • No FY09 additions/updates should be made in FIMS until after snapshot. • FY09 dispositions should not be archived until after this snapshot.   5. December 2008 • December 1 – Begin input of FY09 RM • Previous RM values will be removed at 6am. • December 15 – FY09 RM due in FIMS FIMS/Real Estate WorkshopJune 2-6, 2008

  6. February 2009 • February 16– Recalculation of FIMS generated building/trailer RPV values with 2009 model costs FIMS/Real Estate WorkshopJune 2-6, 2008

  7. Points of Caution • FY08 FRPC HQ Snapshot on Nov 17, 2008 • No FY09 dispositions should be archived in FIMS until after this snapshot. • Any assets archived between Oct 1-Nov 17 will be counted towards the FY08 bank as long as the Status Date is within FY08. • No FY09 new assets should be added to FIMS until after this snapshot. • No FY09 data updates should occur until after this snapshot. • In general, the FIMS fiscal year is extended until Nov 17, 2008. The period between Oct 1 through Nov 17 is just an extension of FY08. FIMS/Real Estate WorkshopJune 2-6, 2008
