  3. Aerobic • “With Oxygen” • Long Duration • Cycling • Running • PRO • Moderate PRO requirements (lean protein) • 1.2 – 1.7 g/kg • CHO • 5-12 g/kg dependent on intensity • FAT • Do not over restrict
