Products - EmailSafe • Storage of Emails with mail body, mail header and attachments. • Support for popular mail clients like Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Lotus Notes client etc., • Manual and Automatic storage of emails with user configurable options for replicating the folder structure and frequency of uploads. • Full Text indexing of body and attachments as well. • Metadata indexing of mail header. • Retrieval of emails through mail client as well as through the browser.

Products - FaxCapture • Integration with Fax server for automatic storage of faxes in the ViciDocs repository. • Rule definitions for routing the documents to the appropriate folders based on the incoming numbers. • Text extraction from faxes for full text indexing. • Deployment of Fax server on a machine different from ViciDocs Server.

Products - ViciFlow • Graphical designer to define workflows. • Setting of escalation, notification rules to the nodes defined in the workflow. • Supports user and group based processing of documents in the workflow. • Workflow client includes a viewer which supports more than 150 file/image formats. • Enables multiple types of annotations on the documents • Supports document attachments, comments, user based annotation viewing.

  20. Case Studies - TCS Integration with Java based web application • TCS has implemented Java based web application for various state governments of India. The users had to scan the documents using the interface provided by the scanner and retrieval of the documents was based on meta data alone. • As part of the ViciDocs integration with the eGovernance solution, Vicisoft developed a Java wrapper for ViciDocs solution with Oracle as the database. With this the users could perform content searches on the documents stored. • Vicisoft provided a browser based scanning client and the documents get uploaded directly to the repository • A browser based Viewer with annotation support was provided to enable the users annotate the documents.
