Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet. Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat for 5 minutes until it is smoking hot.
Mix together the paprika, salt, cayenne, cumin, thyme, white pepper, and onion powder. Oil the chicken breasts with cooking spray on both sides, then coat the chicken breasts evenly with the spice mixture.
Place the chicken in the hot pan, and cook for 1 minute. Turn, and cook 1 minute on other side. Place the breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 5 minutes.The way we had 2 servings we kept 2 the same and doubled the 2 then 4 to 8 then were done.

Blackened chicken is this healthy type of chicken. It’s really good it’s healthy so you could lose weight and it helps you out! Plus if you want to be on a diet and you have a taste for fried chicken or anything. you can eat the blackened chicken it’s so tasty. The blackened chicken is kind of like fried chicken but blackened chicken is a lot healthier and it looks different, and plus blackened chicken is like steak and has these black good looking spots but it’s not burned.
Pour water into a small saucepan, add sugar, lime zest and ginger. Stir over high heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture comes to a boil. Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature.
Strain the syrup through a fine sieve set over a bowl. Stir in lime juice and food coloring, if using.
Line 8 individual frozen-treat molds or small (2-ounce) paper cups with slices of kiwi, pressing them onto the sides so they are close together but not overlapping. Fill each mold or cup with the lime mixture.
Freeze until beginning to set, about 1 hour. Insert frozen-treat sticks and freeze until completely firm. Dip the molds briefly in hot water before unmolding
First we started with one serving then we multiplied by two then we did the same thing to 4,and 8.
Kiwi-Lime Ice Pops

1 1/3 cups water
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon finely freshly grated lime zest
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/3 cup lime juice
1 drop green food coloring, (optional)
2 kiwis, peeled and very thinly sliced

8 cups cubed seeded watermelon, (about 6 pounds with the rind), divided
1 cup water, divided
1/3 cup sugar, divided
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 liter (4 cups) club soda, or seltzer water, well chilled
Lime slices, for garnish
