Dynasore's Impact on Macrophage Viability and Wnt5a Expression

This study investigates the effects of Dynasore on human macrophages (MΦ) in terms of cell viability and Wnt5a expression. Human MΦ were treated with Dynasore for 72 hours, and cell vitality was assessed using the MTT assay, showing no significant impact (n=4, mean±SD). Additionally, treatment with Dynasore alone for 24 hours did not alter the mRNA levels of Wnt5a as measured by qRT-PCR (n=10, mean±SD). These findings suggest that Dynasore does not affect macrophage cell viability or Wnt5a expression levels.
