Research Tools
  • Possible research tools included
    • Diary to record times when using toilets away from home and to record ‘state’ of public toilets
    • Mapping to identify where in areas toilets were located.

Original proposal aimed at recruiting older users to project (aged 50+)

OPRG suggested extending age range to include transgenerational need for public toilet facilities.

Developed ‘lifecourse’ methodology based around epidemiological studies.

nda oprg next encounter
NDA OPRG next encounter
  • Currently completing 2nd phase of research with toilet providers
  • Return to consultation with OPRG (May 2011)
