  2. Vision Statement We must work to reconnect members of the Patterson Family with communications, media and annual gatherings throughout America, thereby rekindling and strengthening our sense of family, our heritage, and our God-given purpose in life.

  3. Mission Statement Our mission is to locate and identify every member of the Howard and Susie Patterson offspring, to connect each of the eight clans and join them into one union, to organize us as a national, state and local structure, and to achieve family unification and quality of life for all.

  4. Our Strategic Goals • Develop the Patterson Family on all three levels: National, State and Local. • Structure each committee and department to carry out the annual functions of the Family Reunion. • Work to create a quality of life for every level of the family, to include married and single families, youth, adults and seniors.

  5. Our Strategic Goals • Pass on to all succeeding generations the family foundation, history, purpose, development and potential. • Seek the salvation of kindred and loved ones by promoting Christ as Lord. • Promote our development through contact, communications, education, fellowship, unity and interdependence.

  6. Our Strategic Goals • Encourage the men and fathers to rise up, regain their place as heads of the family, and to live a life consistent with the principles of the family and the purpose of God. • Develop a system to elevate our children through prevention, enhancement and encouragement in every effort and opportunity in their lives.

  7. Our Strategic Goals • Strengthen the National Family through communication and association; the local family through love for God, family and home; the individual through self-respect, self-development and growth in faith, education, economics, vocation and family participation.

  8. Our Strategic Goals • Develop a system of family support to include: endowments, scholarships, investments, education, family crisis committees, and information sharing and networking, for the good of all.
