  2. WELCOME • Dâmboviţa County Council is honoured to present you the Industrial Park Priboiu – Brăneşti, which is an investment supported by the European Union through PHARE PROGRAMME 2004-2006 “Development of regional infrastructure”, with a total value of 14,350,809 Euro.

  3. The Industrial Park Priboiu, established in the northern area of the County, was developed to offer new investment opportunities and to create an attractive business environment.

  4. The Park is located in Dâmboviţa County, on National Road 71 - Târgovişte - Sinaia, about 14 km north of Târgovişte and 90 km from Bucharest (also from the International Airport “Henri Coandă”), on National Road 71. The site is located about 60 km far from Ploieşti, on National Road 72, and at about 85 km far from Piteşti on National Road 7 and A1 on National Road 72. The location has an internal railway line that is connected to the railway line Bucharest – Pietroşiţa.

  5. We estimate 2,100 new jobs will be available after the concession of the site, to the companies interested. • The Industrial Park has created opportunities for production activities. This is the reason why the infrastructure is made up of: • - Greenfields for concession, all of them providing the necessary utilities • - Warehouses • - Protocol rooms • - Business centre • - Complementary services rooms for commercial activities (banking, medical care, mail and communication services) • - Good access road to the parking and parking facilities

  6. The Industrial Park will be an excellent opportunity for the following activities: • Technological equipment industry (metallurgical, oil design industry) • IT industry • Radio, TV, communication industry • Medical instruments industry • Pharmaceutical, optical industry • Cosmetics industry • Plastic material industry • Food and beverages industry • Musical instruments industry • Toys manufacture industry • Publishing company

  7. BETWEEN US THERE ARE NO BOUNDARIES • The outcome after the propulsion of different industries in the park will be: the enforcement of the industrial production, the increase of occupied population in the area, opportunities to develop other connected activities with the main industries, the improving of trade relationships between national and international companies.
