4. 10/20/2011 Collegiate Entrepreneurs, Inc. Expectations Meeting Once a student has been selected for our program, the first step will be for them to meet with their Executive. This person is someone who has done the branch manager program before, and will assist the manager in their new venture. They will stay in touch on a weekly basis to be sure things are running smoothly, and the executive will be there for any problems that may arise.
The expectations meeting is for the manager and the executive to meet and discuss the various stages of the business and get a feeling for what they can expect of each other over the course of the year. Goals will be established based on the managers feedback, and will help to create the outline of the summer.
