  • We are aware our coaching staff supports us during times when academics and athletics conflict.
  • Our focus is on what is BEST FOR THE TEAM
  • The decisions we make are no longer about ourselves, they are about the team.
  • We respect ourselves. We are confident in our individual abilities.
  • We respect our teammates and are confident in their abilities to finish the job. We also accept their encouragement and constructive criticism.
  • We respect our coaches and all of the decisions they make, whether or not we are in agreement.
  • We buy into the system, knowing each decision made is with the success and best-interest of the team in mind.
  • We respect every team we face. We fear no team. We take no team for granted.
