Mission Statement • “We strive to be a resource for students who are looking to pursue a career in the medical profession, providing opportunities to participate in educational, community and social activities that will enhance their knowledge of the profession while actively being of benefit to the community.”

  7. 2013 Health Professions Conference • Friday March 8, 2013 • Rome Ballroom • Admissions representatives from Medical (MD and DO), Dental (DDS/DMD), Physician Assistant (PA), Physical Therapy (PT), Optometry (OD), Podiatry (DPM), etc. programs throughout the Northeast region • Undergraduates from the entire state • Highlight UConn’s burgeoning pre-health program

  9. Requirements REQUIREMENTS for active membership benefits: • $10 Annual Dues Fee • Attendance at 3 Pre-Med events/meetings per SEMESTER • 1 community service event per YEAR

  11. Reminders • Survey! Please fill them out so we can figure out the best times for future meetings. • Next meeting – in 2 week • Tabling – you will be able to pay DUES and buy T-SHIRTS next week in the SU. Dates and times TBA
