  6. Advantage & Disadvantage • Advantage: • Reduce jobs • Quick response • Improve the quality of care • Able to meet the specific needs of the local.

  7. Advantage & Disadvantage • Disadvantage: • Hard decisions • Separation • Different views

  8. Banten – Regional Autonomy Problem: • Poverty • Cannot afford daily needs. • People who are unfortunate • Soluation: an emphasis on high employment growth as a way to address the problem (lowongankerja)
