  1. Income: budgets and planned bids • Switzerland: AB • University of Geneva rolling grant – projection • Value: 80 kCHF per year • DAQ and trigger hardware and maintenance thereof • (+travel • +personnel: Prof, post-doc, 1 – 2 students) • Bid to be submitted to National Swiss Foundation under FORCE (= for CERN (!)) • Coupling coil: value 1 MCHF • If successful: 1 MCHF in three instalments (March 06, 07, 08) (at the earliest) 1

  2. Projected income: summary NB this needs to be modified to have 80k/yr RG and a total of 1000 for the CC (total is the same….) 2

  3. Conclusions/next steps: • Value of projected allocations (US, CH) and bids (CH, Jp, UK) reasonable match to unloaded capital cost • Continue to: • Elaborate plan for Phase II implementation • Coordinate national and regional bids • search/encourage new collaborators 3
