  1. Why is it important to gather information on a structure/strategy? • To highlight strengths and weaknesses • Gathering information allowed me to examine the fast break in more detail and allowed me to examine the 3 phases : defensive phase, transition phase and attacking phase giving me a more focused look at the areas in need of improvement. • Allows me to make comparisons as my training progresses- I will be able to see if I have improved. • It will also allow me to set targets that I would like to achieve throughout my training.
