Principles of Art

Explore the fundamental principles of art, including contrast, gradation, balance, and unity. Learn how contrast is created using opposite colors, such as purple and yellow, to enhance visual interest. Understand gradation as a gradual transition from one tint or shade to another, adding depth and dimension. Discover the importance of balance in artwork, ensuring elements are arranged symmetrically or asymmetrically for harmony. Finally, recognize how unity integrates all elements to create a sense of completeness in artistic compositions.
