  2. Dentro de los semiconductores de potencia se suele emplear la siguiente simbología para los parámetros:

  3. Primer subíndice: D: estado de reposo (o no 1 conducción) R: inverso (sentido de AAAAAA bloqueo) F: directo T:estado defuncionamiento A (conducción)

  4. Segundo subíndice: R : valor repetitivo S : valor no repetitivo W: estado de trabajo (normal de funcionamiento)

  5. Tercer subíndice: M: valor de pico o máximo AV:valor medio de continua RMS: valor eficaz

  6. Ejemplos: VRSM: tensión inversa de pico no repetitivo IF(AV):intensidad media nominal PRRM:potencia inversa de pico repetitiva
