Microsoft Flow is a product to help you setup automated workflows between your favorite apps and services to synchronize files, get notifications, collect data, and more. • Replace repetitive tasks into multistep workflows • Rich workflows connected to services • Conditional logic • Templates -or- from scratch

  4. Templates Microsoft Flow has predefined templates that you can use to quickly automate and get started. Templates are available for work with: • Approval • Button • Collect Data • Email • Events and calendar • Mobile • Notifications • Social Media

  5. What are Connectors/Services? Connectors provide a way for users to connect their accounts and leverage a set of pre-built triggers and actions to build their apps and workflows. Components • Triggers – Notify workflows when specific events occur • Actions – Change directed by the user
