PostalOne! User Group Overview: Enhancing Mailer Collaboration and Requirements Gathering

The PostalOne! User Group, formed from the sunsetting of MTAC 84 on November 4, 2005, is co-chaired by Bryan Watt from RR Donnelly and Melody McGee from USPS. With around 70 members from the mailer community and USPS, the group enhances collaboration among consolidators, large mailers, small mailers, and software vendors. The User Group solicits and reviews business and technical requirements, prepares release notes, and supports customer acceptance testing to improve eDoc acceptance, postage payment, and functionality for various mailing services.
