  3. FFi Tray Icon Once started, the FFi Tray icon will appear in your system tray beside the clock. NEW BACKOFFICE FEATURES

  4. FFi Tray Menu Left or right click on the FFi icon in the system tray to view the FFi Tray menu. Here you will see options to Login, go directly to Backoffice, Options to Uninstall, or to Close. NEW BACKOFFICE FEATURES

  5. Login Enter your Backoffice login and password. You may check the “Save My Password” box if you would like FFi Tray to remember your login for the next use. NEW BACKOFFICE FEATURES

  6. Message Notification Window A message notification will appear upon login if you have unread messages waiting. NEW BACKOFFICE FEATURES

  7. View Messages Clicking on View Messages from the Message Notification window will take you directly to your backoffice Message Center Inbox. NEW BACKOFFICE FEATURES

  9. Email Form Clicking on the Member Updates menu and selecting Send To A Friend will bring up the email form. NEW BACKOFFICE FEATURES

  10. Sending the Email You may add or delete up to 5 email addresses with the Add and Delete buttons. Click Send to send the mailing. NEW BACKOFFICE FEATURES

  11. Sent Confirmation Screen Once your message is Sent the confirmation screen will appear. NEW BACKOFFICE FEATURES

  12. Email Format The email received will contain your myffi.biz and ffivideo.com replicated website links as well as any personal message you may have added to the form. NEW BACKOFFICE FEATURES

  13. FFi ListServe: Send To A Friend The Send To A Friend feature will soon be available in the FFi Newsletters and Announcements: NEW BACKOFFICE FEATURES

  14. Send To A Friend Link Look for the “Send To A Friend” link at the top or bottom of the FFi message and click on it to forward your message. NEW BACKOFFICE FEATURES

  15. Email Form You will have the chance to enter as many email addresses as you like along with a personal message from you. When you press Send, the message will be delivered to your friends along with your personal message. NEW BACKOFFICE FEATURES
