Key Issues Site where installation is pending due to site readiness/permission may be relocated to any other site. State needs to procure the equipments lost after delivery/installation. Proof of delivery is required in case of short shipment of equipments. Freezing of Portal Master Data for RUs

Role of NIC after restructuring • ICT Manpower and Broadband bill payment has already been decentralized from 1 July, 2010 onwards • MoU with NIC/NICSI extended for Software support & customization (www.idsp.nic.in) w.e.f 1.7.2011 – 31.03.2012 • Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of the Data Centre and Training Centre equipment supplied by NIC has been decentralized to States after the approval of JS(PH) vide diary no. 1240-F dated: 27.06.2011 – letters to Mission Directors NRHM with a copy to SSO’s will be sent shortly
IDSP Call Centre : Toll Free 1075 • Call Centre operational with 1075 toll free number since February 2008 • Total calls received: 2,38,564 calls received till from 21st February 2008 till 30th June 2011 • Swine Flu Calls: 35,549 calls • 24 x 7 IDSP call center ‘1075’ (1800-11-4377) was extensively used during Influenza A H1N1 Pandemic and Dengue outbreak in Delhi in 2010
