  3. ICD – 10 IT IS COMING….WITH NO MENTION OF ANYMORE DELAYS It will be effective: OCTOBER 1, 2014

CPT/HCPCS Coding Changes 2013 • J1055 – Depo Provera injection was deleted and replaced with J1050-Injection, Medroxyprogesterone Acetate, 1 MG Even though this code was deleted by the AMA 1/1/13, DPH is not replacing this code until J1050 is added to the Medicaid Preventive Fee Schedule. Once this happens, you will be informed.
