  4. Do you have leadership support and do they get it…..Really? -Have they done the math? Do they know the ROI vs. traditional recruitment? Are you focused on the right problem?. - Don’t Boil the Ocean - Where can you correlate the biggest business impact ($$$ savings, lost opportunity cost, increased revenue)? Focus on quick wins year one - Once you have established results, then comes credibility and trust Which Model – Centralized or Decentralized? - Pro’s and Con’s to both Do you outsource or off shore? - Get rid of the administriva or low value work Evaluate your current tools and systems - Will you be able to consume what you produce? Do you have a comprehensive Sourcing Channel Strategy - Avoid channel redundancy or missed channel opportunities - Be aware of the ‘Path of least resistance’ sourcing principle!
