Divorce was never part of God's design. In Matthew 19:1-12 and Deut. 24:1, we learn that God's intention is for marriage to be a lifelong commitment between one man and one woman. Rabbi Shammai saw "uncleanness" as serious immorality, while Rabbi Hillel's view was broader, leading to unjust divorces. For the unmarried, choose wisely and pray for your future spouse. For those married, Foster healthy relationships through mutual respect, boundaries, and commitment. Remember, a good marriage is rooted in God's favor and intention.
